How can I manage to live in a busy world and still remain calm? I can do so through prayer - be centering myself in the peace of God.
Daily communion with God keeps me grounded in peace. Through prayer, I make conscious contact with the peace of God within me. I then not only feel at peace, but I also radiate peace.
The best way to remain centered in the peace of God is to set aside time each day for spiritual communion with God. Prayer and meditation take my awareness back to God, the source of peace. While resting in the silence, I am immersed in God's love. My thoughts are calmed. Centered in the peace of God, I see my way clearly. I come away from this time refreshed and renewed.
