"I offer my prayers, my care, and my love for the children of the world."
I probably will never get a better glimpse of the future than when I look into the faces of children. The children who are playing at my feet or in my neighborhood today will grow up to be caretakers of the world. And I know within my own heart that, whatever these children choose as their life's work, they can never be less than beloved children of God.
And what better can I do for my family, my neighborhood, my world than to care for and about children? Whether I am a parent, grandparent, teacher, or other caregiver, I pray for children in faith and with unconditional love. I give the kind of care that allows children to unfold their God-given abilities as gently and beautifully as a rose unfolds its petals for all to behold.
"Let the little children come to me, and do not stop them; for it is to such as these that the kingdom of heaven belongs."
