As we use the light we have to the best of our ability, more light comes.
- Marion R Brown
A light, tender touch goes a long way toward comforting someone who is sad or upset. It soothes and supports; it shines the light of love and caring on them.
I can receive the 'light' touch in any situation that threatens to overwhelm me or causes me to worry or become afraid. I do this by envisioning the light of God's presence continually surrounding me, bathing me in peace.
Enfolded in God's comforting presence, I realise that I am not alone. I and everyone I know - even those I don't know - are living in the presence of God.
With each breath, I breathe in the grace of God. In the light of God's love, I gain a true understanding of my spirituality and receive the assurance that all is well.
I am living in God's radiant light and love.
