SITA MAYA
Lord Ram
I am not the enemy
it is You who gave me stars for
eyes and skin as soft as clouds
When You shaped Your visible
form with the Love of a thousand
hands
caressing the dawn
enveloped in amrit
disguised as woman
a fire red ruby revolving in my
navel and asked me to sing and
dance for You
my joy knew no bounds
I am Your dream eloping with the
warm wet winds and lush loam
wedded to the gilded sunsets and
ocean depths
birthing worlds, universes and
crores of galaxies
I am Sita Maya Your holy shadow
forever kissing
Your Lotus feet
