That came to this world
To wipe the tears
Of all...
We sit beside
Your love today
And smile...
Remembering our time
With You…
The look
That held
The kindness
That no one can ever describe...
The smile
That carried
The message of love
That no one can ever write...
The faith
You bestowed
In the hearts of all
No one can ever tell...
And when You spoke
The word of truth
We held it
Close to our Self...
We woke up
In the early hours
Of dawn
And smiled content...
Knowing Your love
Was always there...
We worked hard
During the day
And whatever might
Have been
Whether we received
Or we lost
We returned at the end
To Your feet
And just knowing O Lord
That You were there
Made the day complete...
And in the night
When the fears
Of the day returned
We turned our mind
To Your beautiful Self...`
What else then mattered?
What fears could then
Ever remain?
But now the form
Has returned to
The Eternal Light
And You are everywhere...
For us the form
Was ALL to us
But from now
We Your children
Shall take
Every moment of Your life
And make those moments
The strength and love
For our life
That is still left...
That is still to come...

The physical attachment
And reach
To gather You
In our arms
From the love

Our eyes were blind
Until this time
For we saw You
Day and night
And took it
For granted...
We knew O Lord
That Your moments
With us
Were so precious
Yet no one knew
Of the end
Of the time
That You alone
Had decided...
The ground
Under our feet
Shook O Lord
The skies above
Fell over our head
As we came to know
In that one dark moment
That You had
Taken Your leave
From this body
And instead had chosen
To be the Lord
That resides
In the Self
Of every Self...
That day we shall never forget
For You O Lord
Showed to us
That the work
Of truth and love
That You had begun
So easily...
Was upon our laps
And now
We had to rise
From our lazy mind... and...
Draw from within
The love
That You had placed...
To make this world
A world of Sai...
Your love O Sai
That You gave to us
Can never be
Ever gone
And this love
That we have cherished
Then...and now
Shall always remind us
To stand
As your hero
And embrace
The work
You have for us...ahead...
The truth resides
O Lord of Parthi
In all the words
You spoke...
The merciful deeds
That You created
O Lord of Parthi
Shall always remain
Alive
In the words of gratitude
Of those
Who were saved...
And Your life
O Sai
Was the nectar of love
That we Your children
Drank from...
And its sweetness
Shall flow
For generations to come...
We Your children
Promise You dear Mother
That we shall fight
The weakness of the mind...
We shall guard ourselves
With Your words of truth
And realize
That we are divine…
The Life of Yours
We shall always recite
To those who know
And to those who wish to know…
We shall say and repeat
Until this whole world
Finds solace
At Your feet…
The song we shall sing
Shall be like this…

Came on this earth
When the noble souls
Had prayed…..
He brought with Him
The eye of love
And a smile
That contained…….the Universe……
When He spoke
Any heart could melt
And when He walked
The wind made way…..
The Lord of Parthi
Was an army of Gods
That had come
Within one body……
When He would cast
A meaningful glance
Even one that has not
Known Him
Would come like a puppet
Toward His Way…..
All was in His hand
And with His will
He could move the ground
And bring upon you
The skies…..
But even with that
He always asked
“What do you want…?”
And whatever one asked
He gave for now
And then He turned him
Toward His way…..
“Where are you from?”
He asked the one
That had lost himself
In this world……
And with His compassion
He lifted that soul
Into the fires of consciousness
And made his incomplete self….
Whole!
He spoke simple words
But within them
Were profound truths…..
He smiled as if
He had said nothing
But when we spoke the word aloud
We realized…..that He……..
Had placed
The knowledge of creation……
And in it were the words of truth…….
Everyone was the same
To Him…..
The rich and the needy
Sat together……
Those that could give
He turned them to serve
Those that had nothing to give…..
And cried for peace……
To them He gave
All of Himself…..
And gave up His rest
Gave up His sleep……
He brought under His teachings
All the religions of the world……
To them He said
“Practice what you have
Already……
But put into it
A Love Supreme
Stay close
To your holy book
But do not forget
That God is the ocean
And each of the religions
Are the holy streams…….
His ways were…..
So ordinary…..
That you could easily
Be fooled…..
But the one
Who had won His Grace
Could see
With the eye divine
That the Lord had come….
It was the Lord
That stood
On this earth
And all that He did
In silence
Was the miracle of faith
To come…..
The sweet Lord of Parthi
Needed……no one…..
Yet He gave
Those that were devoted
The grace to do…..
And even the smallest task
That one completed
He patted their shoulder
And gave them
And their loved ones
Many a boons!
He healed the sick
With a touch of His hand
He brought back the dead
With a sprinkle of holy water
That poured from His hand…..
He changed the heart
With a whisper in the ear
Devoted souls
That lived afar
He tugged at their heart
And brought them near…..
“This is only My nature” He said
He laughed and smiled
And called it the ordinary ways
While we watched and gasped
And brought His sweetness
Closer to our hearts…..
Forever to stay…..
Some called Him a saint
Some called Him a man of miracles
But to those
That He had given
The grace to see
Knew that He was
None of those……
He was……“GOD INCARNATE”
To be amongst
Man and beast……
Those who believe
In this life of God
Shall always
Receive Him…..
His name is truth
His eye is love
And the devoted souls
That call Him with faith
Shall even now
See Him
Before them…..”
He is the Lord of Parthi
And shall always be.
And whoever shall reach
That holy ground
And place their feet
Upon its holy sand
They O Children
Shall receive
The life of Sai
That had once
Come on this earth
For them….
And still remains there…..
In spirit Supreme…..
To receive them…..
However they are……
For He is the Mother
That shall always accept
The Children
That have come to Him
Before…..then and now……
O God of Parthi
We the Children of Sai
Thank You
For the moments
You gave to us
And in those
Brief moments
We shall find the strength
To live our lives
And carry with us
Until the end
The grace of Yours
Our Lord….
And the love
For the land
In which you came…..
