The ego that thinks to be the most supreme shall through the torture of its own doing bend before the Supremacy and Simplicity of the soul within.
For how long can the ego hide behind the glitter and glamour of worldly gifts? Even a glimpse of truth shall put it to shame.
From time to time we must remind ourselves that our chase for worldly riches will result in a lonely life and a petty death.
Rise above…there is still time. We cannot desire to change at our final moments. We must climb down from our ladder of arrogance and touch the ground where the Lord stands to receive us- with His arms spread widely open in order for us to fall…without a wound…without a single bruise!
