Every day is a new day in which I can be renewed by my own acceptance of the truth about myself.
I am a work of art by the Master Creator. Granted, I may not always live up to my full potential, but I don't mistake any longing to be more as disappointment in what I have achieved. I simply know that the greatness of God within me is ready to come forward. As a creation of God, there is always something greater - something that is waiting within me to be, something that is more than I have ever before been.
Even with the things I think I have mastered, I may find that I have a bit more to learn and achieve. And, oh, the rewards of being a more committed spouse, a more involved parent, a more resourceful employee! Best of all, I become more aware of God.
