Each beat of my heart is a blessing, for each beat ensures that the oxygen I need is circulating to all the cells of my body. What a miraculous organ my heart it!
Yet my heart is so much more than an organ that pumps blood throughout my body. It is also a spiritual centre within me, circulating divine love into every part and particle of my being.
And like each heartbeat, each loving thought I think is a blessing that nourishes me. Loving thought after thought is generated from my heart centre.
In wave after wave, the constant assurance of God's love is in perfect rhythm with the steady beat of my heart.
With all my heart, I give thanks to God for creating me to express love.
