By giving the gracious Lord
A genuine smile
That holds in it
A promise of love...
Tell Him,
"O sweet Lord,
I shall begin
My first moment
Of this day
With a smile
For I am reminding
Myself...
That whatever happens today...
I should be grateful
To remember and know
That You are always...
Always with me...
O Lord
Even if I were to forget
And fear for a moment
Remind me, O Lord
Of this moment
With You!
