Try this exercise : take away all love from everyone around you. What happens? Even atom will not join with atom. The universe as you know it will disintegrate, will cease to exist! Hence, atom attracted to every other atom creating a form is brought together with love. So every form in the world is love. And as we are all love and love is part of God, then we are in everything. Love, faith and sacrifice. Learn to give, that is sacrifice. The greatest gift one can give is a smile and happiness. Develop love by training the mind to think loving thoughts. That which most of us experience is attachment or attached affection.
