A Thoughtful Process (1 - 9)

A Thoughtful Process
(1 - 9)

1.       The thinker brings power in a thought by placing his belief in it.

2.      A thought does not repeat itself by its own. It repeats only because the thinker has given the thought his consent to guide him.

3.      A negative thought does not leave you by simply ignoring it. Your attempt to ignore it merely shows of your fear of it coming true. When you first attempt to ignore a negative thought you can succeed in only  making it softer for a while. But realize that the thinker continues to pay attention to the thought he wishes to ignore. And before you know it the fear of not paying attention to the thought returns to the thinker and the negative thought returns with greater strength and emphasis.

4.      A negative thought always brings with it its defense so it can stay and make the home of destruction within you.

5.      The thinker has to analyze his own state of being while he thinks. Leaving his attachment to his desire he has to return his focus on being content and happy with his self. Once he reaches his state of calmness and equal mindedness he should reflect on the thought that has invited him to leave his seat of peace. Once the thinker becomes stronger than the thought… the thought dwindles and disappears into the light of Self-awareness.

6.      Most feel victimized by the power they have placed in their thoughts. What are you afraid of? What can make you weak? Withdraw the faith in your thought and replace it with faith in your Self! ...

7.      A fearless thought that is filled with truth and reflects purity is the voice of the conscience that has within each word the powerful will of the Supreme Self.

8.      As long as you shall harbor desire in your heart, your mind shall become the enemy of the Self. The moment you surrender your welfare into the hands of God and serve Him with a pure heart your mind shall become the reservoir of Supreme knowledge.

9.      It is not the mind you must fight…. It is the Self that you have to befriend.

O LORD, TAKE MY LOVE

O Lord, take my love, and let it flow in fullness of devotion to Thee;
O Lord, take my hands, and let them work incessantly for Thee;
O Lord, take my soul, and let it be merged in One with Thee;
O Lord, take my mind and thoughts, and let them be in tune with Thee;
O Lord, take my everything, and let me be an instrument to work for Thee.
