When I think about all the love I have within me, I realize that I have a lot to give - and I begin by giving forgiveness. As I forgive, something incredible happens within me. Love and understanding move through me first to soothe and heal before reaching out to others.
I forgive the ones I love and even the ones I find difficult to love, because I now understand that they were doing the best they thought they could do at the time. I forgive myself also - for mistakes I have made and for anything I have said or done that I regret.
As I forgive, I envision the love of God radiating from within me and all others. No person or situation in the universe can resist the power of divine love, and I use that divine power each time I forgive.
God's love within me radiates from me as forgiveness.
