God's healing life flows through me, renewing my mind and healing my body. I am vitally alive!
God is with me to give me all the strength, all the energy, all the help I could ever possibly need. And believing that total health is possible for me is important, for the simple act of allowing my body to relax opens it up to a continual flow of God's healing life. As I place my trust in God, I am allowing a divine, restorative work to go on within me.
And if, at any time, I begin to tense up or feel overwhelmed by all that is going on in and around me, I remember that God heals all of me - my mind, my body, and my emotions.
I am healed through and through, for it is the spirit of the Almighty that heals me.
God's spirit within heals me.
