Trusting that larger forces than yourself are at work in your life, you will give up the demand
for the outcome you think you want and learn to appreciate whatever it is you get.
This is true freedom.
- Carol Orsborn
I may feel, at times, that no matter how hard I try, I just cannot make things work out the way they should. Then I know it is time to let go. I let go and let God work through me to bring order to my activities.
From time to time, I face challenges that leave me feeling inadequate or frustrated because I know how things should be. Letting go gets me past these feelings and helps me see the bigger picture, one in which God's order is very present.
So I make letting go a moment-by-moment, situation-by-situation practice. Beginning with small, everyday occurrences and including everything that comes my way, I let go and let God help me out. With God's help, nothing is impossible for me.
As I let go and place everything in God's care, I begin to see the bigger picture.
