My healing begins with me - my acceptance of myself as nothing less than a genuine creation of the Creator of life.
My faith is in God - the spirit of God that enlivens every cell of my being. I am alive with the life of God, and I am cared for and nurtured by the spirit of God. I think of and see myself expressing such vitality that I literally glow with life.
Within my chest beats a heart fashioned by the Master Creator. Every thought or word of thanksgiving that I give to God flows through me as peace and joy that inspire me to live life fully.
In prayer, I sweep away any thought, any tendency that would come between me and a total restoration. I am renewed in every moment of life as I breathe deeply of the breath of life.
God is expressing ever-renewing life through me now.
