I can feel God's spirit within me, energizing me and filling me with joy. At times, my joy may be beneath the surface of my awareness, but it is always within me, waiting for me to release it and let it flow.
My joy of spirit is an unquenchable gladness that cannot be suppressed, cannot be held down, cannot be altered by the negative thoughts or feelings or attitudes of others. I am filled with joy! I am filled with the spirit of God! I am filled with the life of God!
I let God's joy fill me up and overflow from me as true joy in living, as happiness and love and excitement for this adventure called life.
God's spirit fills me and flows from me as unquenchable joy.
