Today, I met an old friend… Her name is My Self… I have not seen her for a very long time. She came for a visit around late morning. We browsed through the internet together and made a graphic art.... She gave me the words to fill into the picture… Then she helped me to finish some paper work.
During lunchtime, My Self accompanied me as I drove out to pick up my son from school. We listened to songs together as we watched the world rushed by us… And even though we were caught in traffic jams, it did not bother us one bit because we were swimming together in bliss.
It was such a perfect day… No words were spoken between us… None needed because we truly enjoyed each other’s company. Her presence alone was enough to make my day…
I asked her to visit me more often, and she promised that she will…. on condition that I give her full attention always, as I did today… :)
