A Thoughtful Process
(21 - 30)
21. When one is not able to witness a thought and separate it from his Self, then that one dives into the death of emotion.
22. You learn to express your thoughts as your “Self”… and slowly you begin to experience your Self as your thoughts.
23. Even when you are content you experience thoughts. But those thoughts simply come and pass you by while you remain still and focused upon the pure spirit of your Self…
24. No one is responsible for your thinking other than you… Whatever may be the circumstance, it is you that remains in control of your Self.
25. One thinks before he does in order to derive strength from the Self. At the same time one has to use that strength to realize that while he does the work, God shall unfold His divine plan to him from moment to moment.
26. The foolish one experiences his every thought, and changes his Self from moment to moment.
27. It is not distracting yourself that frees you from thoughts. It is being rooted in the Self that lets you observe the thought and utilize its intuition or discard its fear.
28. You know when your thoughts are not right. You experience an immediate loss of peace and a lack of Self-confidence.
29. A strong mind is silent. A mind that speaks incessantly is weak.
30. The mind must be fed with goodness and pure feelings. It must be kept immersed in truth. The thinker must be seated in the spirit of his soul always… and must direct the rise and fall of every thought without being touched with what came…. and what left!
